Luxury Passport Holder Gift Set
For one corporate client, we designed and produced a collection of luxury leather passport holders, keyrings and luggage tags.
The bespoke passport holder featured a three-dimensional polished silver crest based on the client’s logo. The crest was manufactured separately and securely embedded into the leather cover.
We also created a matching presentation box, finished with the client’s logo in silver foil on the lid.
The completed gift sets were taken to a live event, where our team personalised each passport holder with the guest’s first name or initials.

For a recent project, we created a technical specification and production drawing for a completely bespoke metal keyring. After the design was approved, a custom mould was produced and approximately 800 units were manufactured, polished and enamel-filled for the client.

We begin by producing detailed drawings of every component.
Each layer is then prepared for the most appropriate manufacturing process. Some elements may be laser cut, while finer decorative details may be chemically etched in brass. Other components may be 3D printed.

Coca-Cola Advent Calendar Project
For Coca-Cola, we designed and manufactured a collection of bespoke plywood Christmas advent calendars.
The project began with the client’s brief, followed by the development of detailed technical drawings and production files.
Once the design was approved, we manufactured approximately 200 custom advent calendars as part of the completed corporate project.
Bespoke Compact Mirrors
For another client, we designed and manufactured custom compact pocket mirrors.
The mirrors were wrapped in crocodile-effect leather and branded with the client’s logo in silver foil.
Each mirror was supplied inside its own personalised presentation box.
The finished products were later taken to a live event, where we added guests’ initials to create an individual gift for each attendee.
Branding and Personalisation

Lead times vary depending on the product, quantity, materials and manufacturing processes involved.
As a general guide:
- Leather products usually require approximately four to five weeks.
- Bespoke metal products may require additional time when moulds or specialist tooling are needed.
- Laser-cut models and packaging may be produced more quickly, depending on their complexity.
- Large production runs will require additional manufacturing and finishing time.
These timings are only a guide. A confirmed schedule will be provided once we have reviewed the complete brief.
Custom manufacturing takes time, particularly when prototypes, moulds, specialist materials or several production techniques are involved.
We take care to ensure that all drawings, measurements and specifications are correct before production begins.
Quality and Approval
