Bespoke Hardwood Whisky Presentation Boxes with Custom Laser Engraving
We were commissioned to manufacture a limited production run of 50 bespoke wooden presentation boxes for a premium whisky client. The brief was to create a luxury presentation box that reflected the quality of the whisky while providing elegant protection for the bottle inside.
Each presentation box was handcrafted from 9mm American White Oak, selected for its beautiful grain, strength, and premium appearance. The natural oak provides a timeless finish that perfectly complements luxury spirits and creates a presentation box designed to be kept long after the bottle has been enjoyed.
The lid features an intricately laser engraved design, combining decorative line work with detailed branding to create a distinctive contemporary appearance. The whisky logo was precision laser engraved before being enhanced with a green colour infill, adding contrast while preserving the natural character of the wood.
The box is fitted with high-quality brass hinges, providing a smooth opening action and a premium finish that complements the warm tones of the oak. Every component was carefully assembled and hand-finished in our workshop to ensure precise alignment and exceptional build quality.
Inside the presentation box, we designed a bespoke laser cut foam insert to securely hold the whisky bottle in place. The insert was precision cut from high-density foam using CAD-generated cutting files, ensuring a perfect fit while protecting the bottle during transport and presentation. The clean laser-cut edges and custom profile contribute to the luxury feel of the finished packaging.
From initial design through to manufacture and finishing, every stage of the project was completed in-house. The result is a premium hardwood presentation box that combines traditional craftsmanship with modern laser cutting and engraving technology, making it ideal for luxury spirits, limited editions, collector’s releases, and executive corporate gifts.
