If you would like to visit us to discuss a project or deliver items for engraving, laser cutting or embossing, please arrange an appointment first.
This allows one of our specialists to dedicate time to your project and provide the best advice on materials, artwork, production methods and turnaround times.
During your appointment you are welcome to:
- Bring your products for assessment
- Discuss engraving or branding options
- Review sample finishes
- Receive technical advice
- Arrange urgent work where possible

For Single Items
Please include:
- A clear photograph of your item
- Approximate dimensions
- The material (metal, leather, wood, glass, acrylic etc.)
- What you would like engraved, embossed or printed
- The position of the artwork or text
- Your preferred completion date
The more information you provide, the quicker we can respond.
Artwork Requirements
For the highest quality results we recommend supplying artwork as vector files.
Preferred formats include:
- AI
- EPS
- PDF (Vector)
- PNG
- JPG
We can also work from high-quality images where appropriate and can assist with artwork preparation if required.
For Multiple Items & Production Orders
For larger projects please include:
- Product photographs
- Technical drawings if available
- Quantity required
- Material specification
- Item dimensions
- Artwork or logo files
- Required branding process
- Delivery deadline
If your project involves leather embossing, please specify whether you require:
- Blind Embossing
- Foil Embossing
- Coloured Foil Embossing
- Debossing
- Raised Embossing (where applicable)

Every project we produce is bespoke, therefore we do not operate a fixed price list.
To provide an accurate quotation we require:

- Required branding process
- Delivery deadline
Quantity discounts are available on orders of 10 units or more.
Payment Information
For postal orders we normally issue an invoice before returning your completed items.
For customers visiting us by appointment, payment is made when collecting your completed work.

Delivering Your Items
There are two easy ways to get your products to us.
Deliver in Person
Book an appointment and bring your items directly to our workshop.
Send by Post or Courier
Simply package your items securely and send them to us.
Please ensure every parcel includes:
- Your name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Return address
We receive many deliveries each day, so correctly labelled parcels help prevent unnecessary delays.
