Bespoke Luxury Rigid Card Presentation Packaging

We were commissioned to design and manufacture a bespoke luxury presentation box for a corporate client who required an exclusive Christmas gift for valued customers. With a minimum production run of 100 units, the objective was to create premium packaging that reflected the quality of the product inside while providing exceptional protection during presentation and transport.

The presentation box was constructed from 3mm rigid board, giving it a strong, durable structure with crisp edges and a luxurious feel. The exterior was wrapped in premium printed paper and finished with gold foil detailing, creating an elegant and festive appearance that elevated the overall unboxing experience.

Inside the box, the walls were lined with gold foil paper, providing a rich contrast against the product while enhancing the premium aesthetic. Every component was carefully hand assembled to ensure clean joints, precise alignment, and a flawless finish.

To securely house the bottle, we designed and manufactured a custom laser-cut foam insert using high-density black LD29 foam. The insert was precision cut on our CO₂ laser system to match the exact profile of the bottle, ensuring it remained perfectly protected during storage and transportation while presenting it beautifully when the box was opened.

Before production, we created detailed CAD drawings and prototypes to refine the construction, dimensions, and internal fit. Once approved, all packaging was assembled, inspected, and prepared for delivery as luxury corporate Christmas gifts.
