Celebrate achievement with custom-made laser cut acrylic awards, expertly designed and manufactured for Bridge to Israel. Produced as a 135-piece corporate award programme, each presentation award combined precision laser cutting, UV colour printing and premium finishing techniques to create a striking contemporary design for a prestigious ceremonial event.
The awards were manufactured using 20mm gloss black acrylic bases, providing a substantial, high-quality foundation, while the upright stems were precision laser cut from 15mm clear acrylic. To create a stunning 3D visual effect, the vibrant artwork was UV colour printed onto the reverse of the clear acrylic, allowing the print to be viewed through the polished acrylic for exceptional depth, colour vibrancy and clarity.
Each award was further enhanced with a custom-cut black anodised aluminium nameplate, precision cut to size and UV colour printed with the event branding. This combination of premium materials and modern manufacturing techniques produced an elegant and durable award suitable for executive presentations and corporate recognition ceremonies.
To achieve a truly premium finish, every exposed acrylic edge was hand flame polished, restoring complete optical clarity and creating a smooth, glass-like finish that enhances the quality and appearance of the finished award. Flame polishing removes the frosted appearance left by laser cutting, giving every edge a crystal-clear, professional finish.
