Live Personalisation at the ECCO Oxford Street Store
We were delighted to be invited to work alongside ECCO to provide a live leather embossing and personalisation experience for customers at their Oxford Street store in London.
Taking place across two weekends, the in-store activation offered customers the opportunity to make their new ECCO purchase even more personal.
Customers purchasing a pair of shoes could receive a complimentary personalised leather swing tag or, on selected footwear, have their shoes personalised with our specialist embossing service.
The activation proved extremely popular, giving customers an additional experience to enjoy while visiting the store and a unique personalised item to take home with their new shoes.
Personalised Leather Swing Tags While You Wait
For the event, we provided leather swing tags that could be individually customised for ECCO customers.
Using our specialist leather embossing equipment, we personalised each tag with the customer’s chosen name or initials while they waited.
Rather than receiving a standard promotional giveaway, customers were able to watch their own personalised leather accessory being created in front of them.
The finished swing tags could then be attached to bags, luggage or other personal belongings, providing a useful keepsake from their visit to the ECCO Oxford Street store.
Live Shoe Embossing & Personalisation
Alongside the leather tags, we were also able to personalise selected ECCO shoes directly.
Customers choosing suitable footwear could have initials or personal details embossed onto the leather, transforming their new shoes into something even more individual.
Working directly onto a finished leather product requires care, precision and the correct specialist equipment. Our experience in leather embossing and small leather goods personalisation allowed us to provide the service live within the retail environment.
