Bespoke Leather Luggage Tags for an Amazon Prime Event in London
We were delighted to be invited by Amazon Prime to provide a live personalisation experience for a memorable Lord of the Rings themed event in Central London.
Hosted within the unique surroundings of a small church, the private dinner event welcomed invited influencers, bloggers, writers and guests for a special evening celebrating the world of Lord of the Rings.
Our role was to create and personalise a bespoke gift for each attendee: a pre-branded luggage tag, individually gold foil embossed with the guest’s initials or first name.
Pre-Branded Luggage Tags Made Ready in Our Workshop
Our involvement began well before the evening itself.
In preparation for the event, we produced and pre-branded the luggage tags in our workshop, ensuring the main branding was completed and checked before they were transported to the venue.
This meant that when guests arrived, each tag was ready for the final and most personal stage of the process — adding their individual name or initials.
Preparing products in advance is an important part of our live event service. It allows us to carry out production, branding and testing within our workshop before completing the individual personalisation in front of guests at the event.
Live Gold Foil Embossing in Central London
Our team arrived at the venue ahead of the guests to install and prepare our specialist hot foil embossing station.
Throughout the evening, we personalised the luggage tags using gold foil, adding either a guest’s initials or first name.
Each tag was individually prepared and embossed, transforming the pre-branded item into a unique keepsake created specifically for that guest.
The gold foil provided an elegant finish and worked beautifully with the overall presentation of the luggage tags.

One of the things that made this activation particularly memorable for our team was its setting.
The event took place in a small church in Central London, providing an atmospheric backdrop for the private dinner and Lord of the Rings themed experience.
We attend events in all kinds of locations — from luxury boutiques and hotels to race tracks, retail stores and private venues — and this was certainly one of the more distinctive settings in which we have installed our embossing equipment.
Our mobile setup allowed us to arrive in advance, establish our personalisation station and be completely prepared before the invited guests entered the venue.
