Bespoke Luxury Leather Luggage Tags – Custom Designed for Premium Brands
We were commissioned by a luxury client to design and develop a completely bespoke leather luggage tag that would stand apart from conventional travel accessories. The brief was to create a sophisticated product with a distinctive silhouette, premium materials, and refined detailing that reflected the client’s high-end brand identity.
Rather than adapting an existing design, we developed the luggage tag entirely from scratch. Beginning with concept sketches and CAD development, we carefully refined the proportions, shape, and functionality to create a contemporary luggage tag with a unique, elegant profile. The result is a product that is both practical and instantly recognisable.
Once the design was approved, we commissioned a custom steel press cutting die to manufacture the leather components with absolute consistency and precision. Each luggage tag was cut from premium full-grain leather before being individually hand assembled and expertly stitched to create a durable product designed to withstand years of travel.
To enhance the luxury appearance, a gold metal aeroplane emblem was fitted to the lower section of each tag, adding a subtle but distinctive design feature. Premium gold-tone hardware and precision stitching complete the elegant finish, giving the luggage tag a timeless look suitable for business and leisure travel.
The tags were produced in a range of luxury leather colours, allowing clients to choose finishes that complemented their personal style or corporate branding. They proved extremely popular and became a successful addition to the client’s premium accessories collection.
The design can also be fully customised for corporate clients, luxury hotels, travel companies, and premium brands. We offer custom logo embossing, gold or silver foil blocking, blind embossing, and personalised initials, allowing every luggage tag to become a unique branded product or executive gift.
