Krintech Limited is proud to provide live hot foil embossing for Berenberg Bank (Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co.), supporting several prestigious corporate events each year. We are regularly invited to attend three to four events annually, travelling to luxury venues across the UK to deliver a premium on-site personalisation service for their clients and guests.
This particular event was held during the summer at The Grove Hotel in Watford, where our team was commissioned to personalise luxury A5 notebooks with guests’ initials using our professional hot foil embossing equipment.

Our experienced team arrives on-site with a fully equipped mobile embossing workshop, allowing us to create high-quality personalised gifts while guests enjoy the event.

In most cases, only one skilled embosser is required. For events of around 150 guests per day, a single operator can comfortably personalise every notebook while maintaining exceptional quality throughout the event.
Premium Blind Embossed Notebooks
For this event, Berenberg supplied elegant A5 notebooks featuring their corporate bear logo, which had already been blind embossed into the cover. Our role was to add each guest’s initials in premium coloured foil, transforming every notebook into a unique luxury gift.
The combination of blind embossing and hot foil personalisation creates a refined, executive finish that perfectly reflects the prestige of the Berenberg brand.

Simple Venue Requirements
Our mobile embossing service requires very little space and can be set up quickly in almost any venue.
To operate efficiently, we simply require:
- A strong, stable table to support the embossing machine
- An additional table for preparing and displaying completed items
- A standard electrical power socket
- Good lighting
- Comfortable seating for the operator
With these basic requirements in place, we can create a professional on-site personalisation station suitable for luxury hotels, conference centres, exhibitions and corporate hospitality events.
